As we begin another week, I want to remind you that we are all doing our part to beat this pandemic. As the Governor has reported, the number of hospitalizations and positive cases are starting to decrease in Nassau County. We must, however, continue to observe all precautionary measures, such as social distancing, wearing face coverings, and washing our hands.
Additionally, the Nassau County Executive has announced that the May 11th property tax deadline has been extended to June 1st. This is another measure by our government entities to help ease the economic strains and pressures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
As always, I will keep you informed with the most updated information. If you should need any assistance, my office is available to assist you at (516) 599-2972 or by email.
